The Art of Practicing Non-Violence
Ahimsa is a sanskrit word meaning 'non-violence'.
Ahimsa is the first of the five Yamas (restrains) of Pathanjalis's eightfold path as described in the Yoga Sutras . In this workshop we explore what does it mean to live a life of non-violence towards others and ourselves.
A Glimpse from Previous Events

I joined in for a yoga Nidra session with Malika Rajan when a friend of mine recommended. I did not end with just one session but attended multiple ones as I was getting most of the answers to my physical and mental problems.
I then, organized a mega session with Malika for the Rotary Club of Delhi Garden City. The session was a huge success as I know that many members are still asking me for details of classes held by Malika on Yoga Nidra.
Thanks a lot , Malika for providing us with such healthy options specially to ward off the stress of the Covid new normal way of life.
